When I was in the easily-embarrassed-teen years, my dad bought an old VW Kombi and converted it into a camper with a raised ice-cream-van roof.
Something like this pic happened when he tried to park in the underground parking lot of a mall in Cape Town.
The resulting traffic jam made the evening TV news.

Oui j ai acheté en 92 le véhicule que je voulais ensuite lorsque mon entreprise marchait bien un Peugeot J9 diesel minubus !
Mais il n a jamais remplacé mon kombi dans mon cœur ❤️
