Google pixel ad shows how easy it is to use Ai to replace England players heads. Yet fails to replace Rashford- who wasn’t farken picked. Oh the irony.

What occurred to me just recently: Apple has made it pretty much impossible to toggle off WiFi and Bluetooth conveniently. They claim it’s because it actually more convenient for you, as you don’t have to worry about having to toggle it on/off constantly, and your gear is able to connect more effortlessly (at the same time it doesn’t consume a lot of extra power to have it turned on).

Now that’s already pretty bold, and I reckon it wouldn’t hold up under scrutiny. But! 1/x

Kitty trompe l'oeil.
"When he heard the words 'integrity' and 'moral rectitude' he reached for his dictionary, and when he heard the chink of ready money in large quantities he reached for the rule book and threw it away."

Jack “Elon is the singular entity I trust to do this right”

Jack, a year later: well the problems were he should never have bought it, they should never have sold it, they shouldn’t let him be in charge and none of this at all should have happened at every stage of the process. That’s all.

“I wish I knew how to quit you!”
“Easy. Kill the demon that cursed us.”
What in god's name is driving this urge to "compete" with Dorsey's latest shitshow? Mastodon is meant to be an alternative, decentralised, federated system, not a competitor in a commercial environment. Twitter wasn't Mastodon's "rival".
Or is this the key to the change?
That this is all going to be for sale to our own personal Jesus Musk when the price is right?
A couple of years ago, someone I know who's very well-respected in the infosec field mentioned that they'd got their info purged from Google. There were quite a lot of zeroes in the figure mentioned.
I took it as a challenge and (with their knowledge) set out to find their address using ONLY Twitter and Google.
Took me just over 2hrs.
Search the address directly on Google and there isn't even a house there. Search with a human brain and its 130min.
