Tables.

Tables, tables, tables.

Ahhh, it isn't truly AD&D unless you're rolling from a random table for something... anything... everything!

The zenith of AD&D tables came with the publication of the Dungeoneers and Wilderness Survival Guides. So, once again, I present for your edification and viewing pleasure the following selection of INDISPENSIBLE tables:

* Unsteady NPC Reactions
* Nonproficiency Penalties for Boat Use
* Mineral Vein Direction
* Broad Jumping

#dnd #osr #ttrpg

@chaoticneutral I kind of love that broad jumping distance is based on character level.
@chaoticneutral I don't know why you're picking on the Broad Jumping table. That's a rule #ADnD players needed after Unearthed Arcana's Thief-Acrobat quantified just one character class's jumping ability. Hard to say the Acrobat is better at jumping if you don't say what normal jumping is!
@chaoticneutral tag yourself. I'm an unsteady NPC who rolled a 67.
