@noparticularname That looks good! Was the liver thinly sliced before ummm pan grilling? I usually cut mine into strips and lightly bread with a mixture of cornmeal & spices, then pan fry with onions. Either way, yum!
@ATXFoodNews it was probably 1/4 to 1/3” thick, and yes, pan fried to perfection :-)
