First draft: Apartments within a 10, 20 and 30 minute bike from the center of #IUBloomington campus in #BloomingtonIN

Some ideas to add to it:
1. Add the 29,0000 rental properties in town, many of which are houses, not apartment buildings. (I'm geocoding those now).
2. Overlay the bike infrastructure network to visualize how safe and comfortable commutes are from these different locations.

For e-bikes, these are more like 7, 14 and 21 minute travel-times.
