I did a little test between three auto-retopologizers: 3ds Max ReForm, ZBrush ZRemesher and the Quad Remesher add-on.

QR is the same as ZR, but yields a slightly more relaxed topology. Reform does a pretty nice job as well, but some of the shape flow is lost, and it has slight trouble with the tail.
