Just a reminder to folks that the spate of layoffs across big tech are merely a fad.
When grouped together like this the news is less sensational, the share prices won't dip as low as an isolated event, and they can all hide behind the inflation excuse but ultimately it's all a front.
This is just a way to improve returns to investors with the smallest negative affect publicity wise because "everyone is doing it".
So understand there's still plenty of places hiring in smaller sized companies and you won't be used as a pawn. It sucks we all have to work to survive but you may as well do it somewhere you're respected. I might know one or two places hiring if you're struggling in infosec. DMs are always open.
