Should I bleach and dye my hair dark red (like red velvet cake red, not natural redhead red) before top surgery or after recovering from surgery?

@DannyRedwoods First, congrats! Top surgery is one of the most positively life altering experiences I've had.
Second, I'd do it before, you really don't want to be raising your arms any more than necessary, to minimize the risk of stretching the scars.
Third, it'd be cool to go into the surgery feeling confident and awesome about how you look and then come out feeling EVEN AWESOMER.
