Michael Kazarnowicz@bastianallgeier you know what struck me when I scrolled through that list? Two names you never see on such lists are Keanu Reeves and Dolly Parton. Fame is such an ivory tower of loneliness that the really famous cannot do with the walls of first class, they need their own jet.
