After one day in #Finland I am confident in declaring the Finns as one of the world leaders in combining rich and sour flavours. Tangy butter and rich rye bread; roasted reindeer and sour lingonberries; and a dessert that blew my actual mind, mild cheese curd and sugary cinnamon milk.
