This awesome art by Kelly Bastow describes how my brain feels right now...

(I believe that I have just the attention deficit part of ADHD, rather than hyperactivity.)

While I was trying to find the original source of this yesterday (via a combination of image searching, reverse image searching, & then scrolling through Tumblr), I came across these two images.

#IApologiseForNothing #PhoneticAlphabet

@SleepyCatten that second image is just a totally *chef kiss*
@timelordiroh It's images like that one that kinda make me wish I were into using Tumblr 🀣
@SleepyCatten I tried Tumblr when Twitter was going downhill in November and it's just not for me. I'm looking forward to it joining the fediverse though. I've got lots of friends there that I'm looking forward to spamming with "welcome to mastodon" messages.
@SleepyCatten that would be ADD wouldn't it?
@you_jo_girl That's what it used to be called. It falls under the inattentive subtype of ADHD now.
@SleepyCatten shouldn't ADD be the name of the overall condition and ADHD a subtype?

@SleepyCatten Same, ADD or as the current DSM describes it apparently, ADHD inattentive subtype.
@SleepyCatten Also will say that the diagnosis is a very "external" look at things.... I may seem inattentive, but my head is just full of bees.
