Five Memphis cops have just been indicted in the killing of Tyre Nichols.

Attorney Ben Crump confirms they will face charges of official oppression+misconduct, aggravated assault, aggravated kidnapping and 2nd murder.

The body cam footage is expected to be release tomorrow evening 1/27/2023.

He's dead now, and cops are refusing to release the body cams because they fear riots. The cops were in an unmarked car, with no uniforms on. Its reported the cops continued to beat him even after he was cuffed. By all accounts #TyreNichols was a Black, nerdy skateboarder with no connections to crime or even police contact other than driving while Black. #ACAB

Mug shots of Memphis' murderous cops have been released.

Officers were booked into Shelby County Jail Thursday morning(Jan 26th, 2023) and as of this post have already bond out of custody. All five are now free men until their Grand Jury hearings. Bond was set at $250k - $350k.

Memphis Police Chief Cerelyn Davis previously worked for a squad of cops in Atlanta know for unsual tactis.

Tactics like, killing a little old lady in her home during a no-knock raid (Kathryn Johnston) and protecting child abusers.

Chief Davis was fired for the latter. Intimidating witnesses, to protect a child abuser on the force.

A sixth officer has been relieved of duty (not fired) in connection to Tyre Nichols' death. Officer Preston Hemphill can be heard in bodycam audio pulling Tyre from his car, hitting him with a Tazer then stating "I hope they stomp his ass".

Three EMTs have also been reportedly fired today. Initially called to the scene for pepper spray exposure, the EMTs failed to appropriately assess Tyre's medical condition. It would seem these EMTs made an effort to not contradict the police officers' story and may now be accessories.

Blindly regurgitating police statements did not work out well for these three.

3 Memphis paramedics fired for their response to the fatal police beating of Tyre Nichols

Three paramedics who responded to the fatal beating of Tyre Nichols were terminated Monday after an internal investigation, the Memphis Fire Department said.

In a statement released today Memphis PD indicates two additional officers faced discipline for their interactions with Tyre Nichols. Both have not been fired, but are on administrative leave.

The police statement indicates more officers will likely be disciplined, begging the question, just how rotten is the barrel of bad apples?

Meanwhile the fire department announced three terminations.
