Looks like the #FreedomFromReligionFoundation is about to get a good settlement for TST in their #ASSclub case.

From the original complaint, the #FFRF is only asking for $1 plus attorney's fees

It's true that Satanists have an uphill battle in courts, but this is more evidence that The Satanic Temple is to blame for most of its court failures, rather than "corrupt judges"

The FFRF filed a competent complaint with specific quotes/citations rather than bald assertions, and, maybe even more importantly, their legal team seemed to actively be seeking a favorable settlement rather than trying to be the biggest douchebags possible.

(The Satanic Temple is bad at that.)
