Also, fully activate ADP before trying to add security keys! I've had a lot of issues and had to troubleshoot for 2 days with my iPhone after 16.3 was released.

@Tarah FWIW, I enabled ADP with only a Recovery Key, no Recovery Contact.

@Tarah Nice! My approach was more brute force, didn’t work on my Mac. Tried on my iPhone and it worked. I did not set recovery contact, only recovery key.

@Tarah This is helpful. The silent fails with ADP do not engender confidence.

I see similar when trying to add security keys on macOS. Popup with no content and leads to nowhere.

Maybe @pschiller will pass it along.
