One thing I know really helps my #ADHD brain to calm down and focus better is having music in the background, generally instrumental or electronic stuff.*

That's why I have an ever-growing playlist for work, which includes genres like ambient, electronic, jazz, classical, and game soundtracks. Thought I should share in case anyone else is looking for something similar. It's really long so you can just open and forget it in the background.
