#Twitter just informed me the appeal of my permanent suspension is denied and still claims that referencing #ElonJet social media accounts violated a certain person’s privacy.

Update: This is what I see for a fraction of a second when I try to open my #Twitter account on my phone. After that what displays are the three tweets about @elonjet the platform insists I must remove if I want to be reinstated.

Which is why I killed my Twitter account. I knew it was coming.

However I still can't figure out if #Mastodon is the new droid I was looking for.

(I wish the privacy settings here would automatically open up when a hashtag is used. It would seem obvious that I'm trying to link to the topic.)

I've been here a while now, and I don't think Mastodon is for me.

It's more facebook than twitter, and I've never liked facebook. Tried to get in to Post but I guess my reputation precedes me.

But I'll be damned if I'll return to Elmos sewer.

Yeah, I see the same thing. I miss the bird site for exactly one reason ... I met my wife there a couple years back and she and I were made for each other.
She hasn't migrated to mastodon yet but soon will.

Musk can, of course, do what he wishes with his new favorite toy. His loss of one potential Tesla sale will not trouble him if spending $30B on an SM platform and f**king it up doesn't trouble him.
