Is there a 3rd option, other than terrorizing vs. "go[ing] to therapy"?
Point taken, and important: Many, men especially, and those used to being in command, in control, 'tough", generally.... There has been reluctance to 'seek help', or show vulnerability (or what's seen as 'weakness') for a long, long time. This despite decades of campaigns - by mental health orgs, veterans' groups, governments in the wake of disasters, etc. - promoting the value of addressing PTSD, etc.
