@KiKiPosting
Let’s not automatically jump to conclusions.
That is how misinformation and conspiracy theories spread.
Computer systems fail….we just don’t know.
Of course, our government should have been addressing infrastructure and updating of critical systems for the past two decades, but they seem to have an “If it ain’t broke”….attitude.
@PJLavatai OK Patricia but the whole system? Come on now. Seems pretty suspicious to me. When ever in our history has this ever happened? But you are right. I shouldn't jump to conclusions. I am just suspicious as hell.
@KiKiPosting
Yes. In our current political climate, it is easy to be suspicious., but as far as I understand, this is a centralized system that went down. It appears that it is the software. This is similar to why Southwest couldn’t coordinate it’s crews during last weeks incident.
@PJLavatai I am watching MSNBC news & they just stated the White House isn't even sure if the system wasn't cyber attacked. Yes, I know our new sources can go a little crazy sometimes. Let's face it, it is extremely possible. Enough of us analyzing it, we shall find out in time.
@KiKiPosting
Hopefully we will soon find out.
Even if it wasn’t, I am fairly sure that none of those types of systems are as secure as they should be. Even if just a software glitch, it shows that upkeep needs to be a higher priority. Another vulnerability is our electric grid.
@PJLavatai I think you are right, my friend. I think they are probably looking at that right now. I just read a news article that Buttigieg isn't ruling it out. That was 1 hr. 37 minutes ago from CNN.
