it SUDDENLY OCCURS TO ME that this is not a forum wherein I have previously not talked about my story blog!
The story blog is a project I have kept running intermittently since 2012. If you are a Captain Awkward reader, you might recall letter #321, from a soul suffering artistic discouragement. Originally the idea was to post a story and illustration every day! That lasted . . . like two weeks. Now I put up #stories that I’m tired of submitting, random blips of the brain, and an ongoing #nonsense #serial called The Woes of Aunt Thompson. Almost every story or segment of a story has a #watercolor #illustration accompanying it.

@sjgochenour I feel like i'm perpetually at an early stage myself (convincing myself to finish things and pitch articles and such) so even taking ten years is helpfully inspirational, as long as it happened, you know?
