Solomon and Kazushige show a novel mechanism of T regulatory cell-mediated suppression of CD4 activation through the inhibition of mRNAs encoding protein synthesis machinery. Here we show T regulatory cells shape effector T cell translatome. This is a result of a fantastic collaboration with Steve Ziegler's lab.
