#newyearsresolution for 2023: Ditch the quantifiable or single-achievement goals and instead try to build daily habits where any progress is a win in an effort to make me a better me TO ME - to get me closer to the me I want to be.
So the habits I want to build are:
1) #meditate
2) Practice #ukulele
3) Practice #German
4) #read
5) Indulge in any #Hobby
6) #exercise
7) Feel #gratitude
I figure if I can do these things on a daily basis, there’s a good chance I’ll come out of 2023 smiling.
