In 2021 I cycled 2893km on my shitty little folding bike, so I set a 2022 goal of 3000km, which I had smashed through by September after I got a new bike in June, and I'm closing the year on 4252km.

So what's a sensible target for 2023?

@pikesley it's much easier to get distance on slicks, on road. It's a different kind of fun, tho, and I really miss the off-road bits you do

@rgarner it's gonna be mostly roads and towpaths until the spring, anyway. Maybe I need some road wheels and tyres...
