AnnaFolks out there who have found your people: how did you do that?
I wasn’t lucky enough to be born into a good family and I thought I’d have found my people by now.

Mariya Delano@halcionandon I collected my found family mostly throughout college, but that probably won’t work for you.
Since then I’ve been finding good people mostly being active on different corners of the internet either based on professional interests, hobbies, or identity (for me that’s nationality, places I’ve lived, mental health diagnoses, etc).
Joining a book club (even an online one!) works well. So does chatting with people in line for concerts and performing arts events.
@mariyadelano It will have to be online for me since I’m bedridden atm and not sure what my health future holds.
When I can read books again a book club might be an option.
