In every single case I responded "What exactly do you see AI doing within our product?"

Not one person has responded.

@geofftroberts that’s nuts. They probably see these tools that respond to emails automatically and automate customer conversations and expect that to be the new norm.

The funny thing is there are certainly use cases where I can see this being useful—but the people requesting this are just so excited by the tech, they haven't even stopped to think through what the uses cases might be.

I find it a bit wild bc I don’t see how OpenAI makes an revenue here.
