However, due to how quickly the data would get stale, I doubt it could supplant search until there is some sort of close to real-time model training.
Also, Google could simply improve its Q&A in featured snippets to be more like Neeva's and the problem is solved.
I do find the idea that Google might have a hand in it is own demise ironic though.

Mastadon doesn’t collapse threads like Twitter does, so long threads can really take over someone’s timeline. Instead, remember that you have 500 characters here. Spread out. Stretch a little. Use and enjoy the extra space.
