Please. I’m begging you. Not every tutorial needs to be a video.

CEOs posting authentic content on social provides so much value.

Building brand awareness among your ICP, putting a human face to the company, and showing potential employees what it's like to work with you are only a few of the benefits.

Here's an awesome summary of some CEOs who have mastered this: https://sproutsocial.com/insights/guides/ceos-on-social-media/

Alongside coauthors @amandanat and @wilreynolds, we tackled the problematic but oft-given advice in the consulting & speaking worlds:

"Raise your rates!"
"Never speak for free!"

ChatGPT has Google shook.

However, due to how quickly the data would get stale, I doubt it could supplant search until there is some sort of close to real-time model training.

Also, Google could simply improve its Q&A in featured snippets to be more like Neeva's and the problem is solved.

One thing I’ll add to the “don’t try to recreate your Twitter experience here” discussion is this: don’t use threads the way you used them on Twitter. Mastadon doesn’t collapse threads like Twitter does, so long threads can really take over someone’s timeline. Instead, remember that you have 500 characters here. Spread out. Stretch a little. Use and enjoy the extra space.
