This reads as if saying both people and pets will only be able to come to the Capitol Way warming center the day of Friday, Dec. 23.

Working to get clarification on that.

Extra Shelter for Extreme Cold

What: Overnight emergency shelter for people over 18 years old of all genders and their pets are welcome. Couples must stay together, pets must be leashed and in the control of the owners at all times.
