Overview The City of Olympia is the capital city of the State of Washington and the county seat of Thurston County, facing the waterways that eventually lead to Whidbey Island and the San Juan Islands with the open Pacific Ocean to the west. This is just my opinion, but this Thurston Country deputy deserves commendation and a cup of coffee for his professionalism. He is a local law enforcement officer, not ICE. People should know the difference and try to understand there are a lot of good cops out there.
