@JoshuaHolland Excellent point. Democracy is about informed choice, which requires reliable/vetted data. Twitter and surveillance capitalism have put profits and political resentments ahead of those things.

@JoshuaHolland Does anyone else notice how much of a failure this has been? Mainly because what the left is selling is a lot more palatable than this so-called anti-left media ecosystem. If it had any influence at all, the red wave that was supposed to happen would have happened...

@JoshuaHolland axios and politico follow through on their bias everyday. WaPo, NYT, certainly WSJ and other MMM are likewise "reporting" via bias...there is not even hiding in plain sight.

@JoshuaHolland not least because "left" in this country is still far right of center which is probably more like Bernie Sanders and definitely not any mainstream Democrat these days. But yes, the DNC-GOP duopoly in this country do like to feed the fires of so-called left-right discontent by maintaining this illusion as reality.
