@georgettetan @feditips I wrote hashtags in CamelCase but found they were converted to lowercase. If I didn't tap the suggested hashtag would it stay in CamelCase?

@georgettetan Request: Would you be willing to remove the refugee tag? The tips are useful and I'd like to boost them.

I'm reluctant to use the same word to describe people who've had to leave homes or countries because of wars or environmental threats in the same context as changing social media platforms

I signed up in late October. My account was approved and set up Nov 14.

I started out on Mast__UK. My RL friends are on social. That was tricky. I am just starting to get the hang of things-- baby steps.

I must say, in what--18 years of social media? Mastodon immediately felt like home.

I wish I had heard of Mastodon yrs ago.
