What’s everyone’s plans for Christmas/the holiday season? Wifey and I gonna be celebrating our first married christmas 🎅🏾 Can’t wait for the ham #holidays
@0xdema flying multiple times crossing the country to visit various family and then planning to disappear into the southwest desert mountains a few days to unwind with a friend before work restarts after the new year.
@0xdema Congratulations on first married Christmas! Son is coming home from college today and we will all be home for Christmas this year. Afterwards looking forward to having family come and visit so cousins can hang out. And of course ham...
@0xdema
Congrats on that!
As for me, i usually do something spontaneous with friends. Current plans include spending NYE in Paris & moving to a cabin in the mountains for a few days.

@0xdema Congrats! Our festivities start on the Solstice. I'm going to try cooking a ham for the first time. If I mess up, well, my kids weren't going to eat it anyway, and my wife is forgiving of such things.

My mom will stay the night with us Christmas Eve and open presents with the kids in the morning. Then egg/bacon/pancake breakfast, pack up the kids to visit the in-laws and finally back home to put everyone to bed. Whew!

@0xdema no real plans for us because we both work in a casino, but just wanted to say congrats! 🥳

@0xdema Congrars to you two! First Christmas together, brings back good memories!

Mostly hanging out with the family at home. Nothing too big but it’s always nice to see them.

@0xdema Oops, that was meant to say "congrats”. Autocorrect is the best AI.
Happy holidays to you and yours!
@0xdema My daughter isn’t a year old yet, so probably enjoying the fact that I won’t be woken up at 4am by a child desperate to open Christmas gifts. I don’t have many of these left. You?
@brett no kids over here yet so it’ll just be us and the cat. we may have splurged on gifts for our cat since we don’t have kid(s) to spoil 😂
@0xdema Spoiling the cat is totally valid! Back when I had cats, they seemed to think the ornaments on the tree were their gifts and certainly made them into toys regardless of my thoughts on the matter.
