I've added @mondiaalnieuws under Dutch-language news.

I'm not sure about @FTAV being a news org. I'll have to think about it.

@CNN_Europe is not an official account as far as I can tell.

I've added @euobserver and @euractiv under EU news

and @euractiv_green (energy & environment) under Subject Specific news

and @bz under German-language news.
