DevThe UC offering a better deal to UCLA and Berkeley is so obviously aimed to break the strike (they are the biggest campuses and have the most votes) while a campus like UCSC despite having higher cost of living than both of them gets nothing. There was one wildcat strike at UCSC and if this contract is ratified I foresee another. #fairUCnow
