dev update: the cave system shader work is done! it's electric and starry, fitting the open world's lore... i love how it turned out. you can follow the pulsating star light through the caverns, to any opening. now i guess i just have to move onto cave exteriors (the entrance part).
so far so good. i tested it on my smaller laptop and it runs well too. i feel like i'm missing something. it's going so smoothly lol.
