i think the number of starship payloads to assemble a mass in orbit that could be dropped and reach impact with a force of a nuclear bomb is between 10 and 100.
use the formula for volume of a sphere and an online asteroid simulator and compare diameter with corresponding mass. asteroids are spheres and a long cylinder would probably mean much less mass needed. https://neal.fun/asteroid-launcher/
