Now the rubber meets the road. The Committee has the national responsibility to make criminal referrals, if they have the information. Period.
The question is...do they have the perspicacity to understand that if they do NOT refer Trump, they've done as much damage to the perception of democracy and justice as Trump himself.
I have faith they fully realize this.
