Auschwitz Memorial

4 December 1882 | A Czech Jewish woman, Kamila Bondyová, was born in Prague.

She was deported to #Auschwitz from Theresienstadt ghetto on 6 September 1943. She did not survive.

@auschwitzmuseum These are so tragic and hard to see. The world said “Never Again”, and a small level of comfort took hold.
But now the embers that ignited the Third Reich movement, that have always been there, have in the last few years – at least in the US – been ignited into a small flame. Sad, scary times ahead. Stay vigilant.
