The more I look into #ADHD after having disabling symptoms that halted my ability to tackle simple tasks, the more I think I have had it before even getting long covid. My fast processing, off-the-charts memory and problem solving skills potentially masked it. Any #MECFS or #longcovid people want to chime in on their experience with ADHD? #NEISvoid
@CynthiaAdinig I think ME took away my energy for masking. When I look at my childhood I can see I had ADHD but as an adult I'd learned to cope. Without the energy to do all the things I needed to cope my ADHD became obvious again.
@Lxpeanut Ive regained much of my energy back. But i find that mundane tasks and new multistep tasks continue to be a huge issue. My focus is also still trash. Histamine seems to be a huge part of my symptom severity. I will definitely have to audit my childhood for ADHD the way I recently started doing with MECFS.
