He has to have a userbase in order to try and IPO the boat anchor and recoup his losses, or try to. It's a race against the clock in a Mexican Stand off. Which will happen first? Tanking twitter or not, hes loving all the attention hes getting, and is doing anything and everything he can to maintain it.
