#EduToot #EduTooter Does anybody know some research I can use as a starting point into how to effectively feedback on lesson observations?
Eg. I seem to recall 'grading' lessons is outdated and not a done thing to do, where has this come from?

@mguhlin this looks like the type of process I'd be hoping to see in schools! Now the tricky question. Where's the evidence to show this supports teacher improvement and therefore student outcomes....
