In Michigan, I had to verify that my company ending in Entertainment wasn't an "adult" entertainment company before I could open a business checking accout at my bank.

Then all the servers based in Florida would get overrun by Nazis, but every other server in the world could just de-federate the Florida servers to fix it, and then the real people on Florida servers would just need to migrate their profiles to an out-of-state server. I can see all this happening but the Fediverse would just isolate the cancer and continue on.
