Cory@ochaos I like apple and pecan personally. Isn’t harsh and really complements the turkey. Subtle sweet flavor that I really like. Smoked turkey is my favorite way to cook it and my wife loves that it frees up the oven! Good luck!
@Cormeister thanks the consensus is certainly pushing me towards apple -- lets just hope my local BBQ shop has some in stock when I'm able to get there on monday
