We did it #TGIF. Time to open a bottle of #wine & braise some short ribs & make a ton of creamy, garlicky mash potatoes. Still pulling carrots from the #garden.

@AndGraceToo that looks glorious! I went for pork sausage, bacon, mirepoix, rosemary, green lentils, sherry, garlic, stock, potatoes, parsley. Sauté some ingredients then pressure cook. Served with spring greens. Also very comforting. Going through a Spanish recipe phase!
@PSS that sounds delicious. I kept the leftover braising liquid, added some more root vegetables & rice. Sprinkled in some hot pepper flakes & let it do its magic overnight. My son (TinyTyrant) & are making homemade bread bowls this morning for comfort stew tonight. Trying to not waste anything nowadays.
