#Introduction in light of the #TwitterMigration.

I recently completed an MSc in Data Science and am due to graduate three weeks today 🥳

My thesis investigated #biochemical compounds called #metabolites. These can be used to diagnose and predict diseases and I was looking to build a diagnostic profile for #Alzheimers. I had a lot of fun playing with different #Statistics and #MachineLearning methods in #Python (You can find my code on my #github.)

@DataScienceNot2 don't suppose you have done any code - javascript, maybe some ML via tensorflow, caffe, mxnet. You saw my post, figured I'd ask. 🙂

@seanpkelley not any of that specifically as of yet but my plan was to dig a bit deeper into machine learning areas like that after I finish the #30DayMapChallenge. My masters was taught in #WolframMathematica so all the machine learning classes used that. I had to teach myself #python for that thesis so there will be a lot of areas still needing brushed up.
I did find some cool javascript graphs I wanted to use but it was a bit too much at the time. I'd love to explore it more though.
