@noorkiramat I'm really a keen amateur too but took the Level 1 certification from the International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting just before the pandemic. Learned a lot. And passed the exam, phew 🙂 Thought about Level 2 but not comfortable with in-person learning right now. Still, cool to be "certified".
