One of my favorite ways to cook is with fire. Lately I’ve been doing a lot of rotisserie over hot coals, like this rotisserie chicken. I also made campfire potatoes to go with it and a goat cheese, grape & arugula salad, using greens from my garden. I served it all with a Pinot Gris from Foris Vineyards, which in my opinion offers the best value for Southern Oregon wines. #foodie #wine #chicken #cooking
