Technical Update: 1) I've moved our email provider to AWS SES.

Microsoft (live.com.au/hotmail.com etc) was rejecting our emails over the last few days, so hopefully this issue is resolved.

2) I've moved to our media to a new storage provider called Wasabi. You shouldn't notice any difference.

Why did I move from AWS S3 to Wasabi?

My monthly expected bill was going to go up 14,383.0%....

@aussocialadmin Thanks for this, I normally use Backblaze to keep storage costs lower, however it looks like Wasabi is a more cost effective option.
@aussieterror Backblaze doesn't have a Sydney DC...
@aussocialadmin I did not realize that, I am now shifting a few things over to Wasabi.

@aussocialadmin I’ve just started setting up a server and am configuring sendgrid…. Email servers can be so complex
@aussocialadmin Doesn't look like my company vpn is happy with the new CDN config, going to actually have to get work done.
@aussocialadmin HotMail will also tell you they accept email, but not actually deliver it - not even into the spam folder.
@aussocialadmin be sure to keep a watch on your bounce and spam stats; Amazon aggressively polices them and will suspend you quickly. It’s the only downside of using SES, otherwise it’s a champion email delivery service.
