Hey #Minneapolis folks! I’m going to be in your city this week, what’s something I should do as a first time visitor?

#Minnesota #StPaul #TwinCities

@jakeduhjake My LEGO Train Club is part of the Twin City Model Railroad Museum (www.tcmrm.org), west side St Paul about 4 blocks walk from a Green Line stop. On Saturday night, we do “Night Trains”, with lit-up displays and building lights down low. Tickets purchaseable in advance on the website.

Just the other side of the freight train tracks on the next block is Can Can Wonderland, which is an indoor miniature golf course, designed by local artists, with a small bar included.

@jakeduhjake I'm a big fan of Colita and Young Joni! A lot of people here love Boludo but I haven't been able to try it yet. If you're looking for a really bougie dinner then Spoon and Stable is incredible as well!

@jakeduhjake Lots of great breweries around if you're a beer enjoyer: Surly, Bauhaus, Pryes, Arbeiter, the list goes on

Hell's Kitchen is one of my favorite spots downtown, they're an employee-owned co-op now

Lots of great Ethiopian and Vietnamese/Hmong food all around town as well thanks to thriving immigrant communities

@firewally @jakeduhjake as wally hints at, travel down University between Allianz Field and the Capitol and you can have some of the best Asian Cuisine you'll get anywhere. Also great Ethiopian and Somali Cuisine in the Cedar/Seward neighborhoods. Tilia, Martina, and Colitia are all unique options as well. empanadas and pizza at Buludo also very good
