Sound is my nemesis. I have a lot of earplugs, earbuds, earphones. I got a pair of Loops this week, and they are the most comfortable for long-term wear out of everything I have. They peel off 18 decibels. Today I survived an outdoor lunch with boisterous people, during which two fire engines went by. Small victories. #SensoryOverload #Neurodivergent #ActuallyAutistic
