@evergreenhedgehog While there's no way I can go fresh pick wild mushrooms, this looks absolutely delicious and I hope I can make something like this sometime with what I have available. Though they tend to be expensive, I have sometimes been able to buy fancier mushrooms like chanterelles. I'm a huge fan of mushrooms in general.
