is it just me or do smol stroopwafels make no sense? I feel like the act of making these is equivalent to an admission that you don't know how stroopwafels are eaten.
@technomancy The small ones are more easily dunkable in coffee.
@drwho yeah but dunking them doesn't let them get soft the same way. it's just not the same.
@technomancy it boggles my mind that these aren't more redibly available in the states.

@jonbro @technomancy or in Finland. We basically just tell everyone from the Netherlands to bring suitcases with them.

Only once has this ended up with someone on TV going thru customs explaining why.

The small ones seem to be mainly used on planes to Eastern Europe; I've not seen them elsewhere.

@Truck @technomancy they are sold at trader Joe's which is an Aldi's owned American store.
@technomancy Wait. 2 in a bag, adjacent? Where's the rest of the stack?

@technomancy before a few days ago i had never even heard of a stroopwafel and now the notion of them is everywhere but i have never actually physically encountered one.

i suspect a conspiracy.

@technomancy I thought they were made for espresso cups
@r4vi ooooooh. that makes way more sense.
they aren't edible coasters?
